Neringa Hotel Terms and conditions of service
These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties when booking the accommodation and other related services provided by the Neringa hotel (UAB Neringa Hotel, legal entity code 302547380, address Gedimino ave. 23, 01103 Vilnius, telephone No. +370 5212228, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org). As a recipient of the service, please read the following terms and conditions in detail. Please note that when you select and book specific hotel services, you shall also be provided with the Special Terms and Conditions of your chosen services, which detail and supplement these General Terms and Conditions. These General Terms and Conditions, collectively with the Special Terms and Conditions provided to you, constitute an integral and inseparable agreement.
Accommodation and Booking Cancellation
When booking the services provided by the hotel, you undertake to provide the Hotel only with correct and accurate information.
Only adults shall have the right to book the services provided by the Hotel. You must arrive at the Hotel no later than the time specified by the Hotel on the day of booking. You must also vacate the room and check out at the time specified by the Hotel. If you do not vacate the room or check out of the Hotel within the term specified by the Hotel and do not agree with the Hotel on the late departure conditions, you shall have to pay the Hotel the price of the Hotel room for one day.
The Hotel emphasises that cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the type of stay you choose. As a result, full details of the cancellation and prepayment policy shall be provided to you when booking your preferred type of stay.
By making a booking, you undertake to pay the Hotel for the goods and services you have ordered or provided to you and to compensate the Hotel for any damage caused (e.g. damaged inventory, cancellation policy, non-arrival, etc.).
Personal safes located in the rooms and/or at the reception are free of charge. We advise you to keep valuable personal belongings and documents in a safe at all times. The Hotel shall not be liable for valuables left in the room and/or on the Hotel premises.
In no event shall the Hotel be responsible for the safety of your vehicle, liable for any damage caused to or loss of the vehicle, or the safety, damage and/or loss of items left in the vehicle.
There is a charge for items in the minibar. It is necessary to pay for the goods consumed from the minibar in the room in the order specified by the Hotel.
Information about other Hotel services may be obtained from the Hotel reception or by contacting the Hotel.
You undertake to use any electrical appliances properly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and not to leave them unattended.
You shall be liable for the damage and destruction of any property in the Hotel or a specific room.
You shall be liable for damaging or destroying any keys, cards, devices or other property transferred to you on the day of arrival. You undertake to return to the Hotel any keys, cards, devices or other property transferred to you no later than the day of departure upon check-out from the Hotel. If the transferred property is not returned in time, damaged or destroyed, you unconditionally undertake to compensate the Hotel for the damage caused.
By using the Wi-Fi Internet access provided by the Hotel, you undertake not to infringe the intellectual property rights of the Hotel or third parties, or to use the Internet access for malicious or any other illegal activity.
Disputes concerning improper performance or non-performance of the Agreement shall be examined without recourse to court in accordance with the procedure established by the Republic of Lithuania Law on Consumer Protection at the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, address Vilniaus st. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail email@example.com, tel. No. (8 5) 262 67 51, fax (8 5) 279 1466, website www.vvtat.lt. You may submit your application electronically via the EGS platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
If you have any complaints or claims to our Hotel, you may also submit them to our company using the contact details provided at the beginning of these terms and conditions.
